Our Asphalt Repairs involve fixing any damage or deterioration on asphalt pavement, such as cracks, potholes, and surface irregularities. These repairs are necessary to maintain the performance and appearance of the asphalt pavement by preventing further damage and prolonging its lifespan. Common methods for asphalt repairs include filling in cracks, patching potholes, overlaying damaged areas with new asphalt, or resurfacing the entire pavement if necessary.
Our cold tar sealcoating process begins with cleaing and trimming your driveway. Once the lot/drive is dry and cleaned we will apply our cold tar sealcoat. It typically takes up to 24 hours for the sealcoat to dry before using. Cold tar sealcoating involves a sprayed, or squeegeed layer of a special emulsion made of water, asphalt, and various additives onto the surface of the pavement. The emulsion quickly dries and hardens to form a protective barrier against water, UV rays, and other damaging elements. Cold tar sealcoating is typically less expensive than hot tar sealcoating and has a shorter curing time.
